由于JH Market的突然倒闭，导致许多澳洲本地电工面临产品保修、未完成订单及损失问题。同时，部分供应商发现JH Market存在诈骗行为，主要包括盗刷电工的银行卡。为此，Prism Light受到部分供应商的委托，将在澳洲发起针对JH Market诈骗行为的证据收集活动。并且，供应商为了感谢电工提供诈骗信息或提供无法获得保修的产品，将给予电工相应折扣。

执行周期 2025年5月19日起实施（截止日期待定）

参与对象

• 任何曾在JH Market受害的注册电工（提供证据或无法保修的产品）

• 无论损失金额大小均可参与

实施细则

1.提供被诈骗的证据（如银行卡盗刷记录等），可获得10%折扣。

2.提供无法由JH提供保修（warranty）的产品，可获得5%折扣。

3.同时提供诈骗证据和无法保修产品，可获得15%折扣。

Background The sudden closure of JH Market has caused significant issues for local electricians, including warranty concerns, unfinished orders, and financial losses. Additionally, suppliers have discovered fraudulent activities by JH Market, primarily involving unauthorized credit card charges against electricians. To thank electricians who provide evidence of fraud or to help products without warranty coverage, suppliers will offer discounts.

Campaign Period Starting 19^th May, 2025 (ongoing until further notice)

Participants

• Registered electricians affected by JH Market (must provide fraud evidence or non-warrantable products)

• Eligible regardless of the amount of loss

Offering:

1.Provide evidence of fraud (e.g., unauthorized credit card charges) for a 10% discount.

2.Provide products without JH warranty coverage for a 5% discount.

3.Provide both fraud evidence and non-warrantable products for a 15% discount.
